Refill blade shipments usually arrive within 7-14 business days from the ship date, but can take up to an additional week right now. We appreciate your patience ✨
Shipping is free for all razor and Wonder Wipes subscriptions and for all orders over $15. For all other orders, shipping is $4.

If an order you've made on mybillie.com arrives damaged or incomplete, or is lost, please email us within 30 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it right. Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned products.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. For subscription orders, all recurring charges are based on your original sign-up date and how frequently you have blades or wipes delivered.
You can add a new payment method by heading to your Account Page. If you'd like a payment method removed, email us at email@example.com — we’ll take it from there :)

Yes! Our products are dermatologist-approved and formulated to work for all skin types, specifically for sensitive skin.
Easy! Our blades were designed with built-in shave soap that can get gooey when left face down, which is where our magnetic holder comes in. Hanging up your razor allows the soap to dry out in between uses 💕

After that, you'll receive refill blades based on your original sign-up date and how frequently you choose to have products delivered. Free shipping, and you can adjust, skip, or cancel anytime – it’s your shave plan 🪒

You’ll receive two refill blades (one on the handle and the other inside the box) in your Razor Starter Kit. Ongoing shipments will include four refill blades based on your chosen frequency and initial ship date. Free shipping always.
Making the swap is super easy. First, push the Billie button at the top of your razor to release the old blade. Then, press your handle firmly into the center of the fresh blade until you hear it click. Voila! You're good to go : )
Each person shaves a little differently, but we recommend changing your blade every 7 shaves for a tip-top shave every time. Storing your razor on our magnetic holder also helps keep your blades dry and fresh ✨
We’ll let you in on a secret—the steel blades for men’s and women’s razors are exactly the same. Except women shave differently than men do; we shave 10x the area and navigate more curves and angles. That’s why Billie razors are optimized in two ways: 1. Our blades are encased in a smooth aloe moisturizer, so it floats over your skin, allowing you to shave a larger area with comfort. 2. Our blade has rounded edges making it easy when you’re shaving tight areas.
Nope! Our blades are nickel-free.
We created a nifty holder that connects to your handle with magnetic force to keep your razor out of the shower puddle. To attach your holder: 1. Remove plastic from power putty. 2. Apply holder to clean, dry surface and press firmly into place. 3. Place handle onto holder (with blade facing wall). Magic! (If you need to move your holder, simply twist off the wall. Power putty can be reused when dry).
Our Razor Starter Kits are only available through a subscription when you purchase on mybillie.com. We’re confident you’ll love your Billie razor and you’ll want to stick with us – but if for any reason you want to break up (sniff sniff), we don’t make it hard. You can change, delay, or cancel your shipments at any time.
