We offer free shipping on all subscription products (i.e. Wonder Wipes and Razors) and all orders over $15. On all other orders, shipping is $4.

When you say “clean” what do you mean?
We are committed to creating non-toxic products. We use the Environmental Working Group (EWG) as our standard bearer on all things clean. That means each ingredient that goes into our beauty and body care line has been rigorously tested and deemed as safe as it gets according to their standards. Our products are either EWG Verified or a 1 - 2 in their Skin Deep Database. They rate ingredients and formulas on a scale of 1 - 10; 1 being the safest.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are vegan.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free. We are committed to cruelty-free practices at every level of our production which means we don’t work with any manufacturers or labs that don’t uphold cruelty-free practices as well.

Which products can I subscribe to?
Our Razor and Wonder Wipes are available for subscription (we know you hate running out). The rest of our products are available as one-time purchases. You can also add any product to a Razor or Wonder Wipes subscription for ongoing delivery in your account.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes! We formulate our products to work for all skin types, and specifically for sensitive skin.
How do I modify my subscription?

Can I buy Wonder Wipes without subscribing?

How does the shave plan work?
A shave plan is the easiest way to never run out of fresh, sharp blades. First, you’ll receive your Razor Starter Kit – it comes with a Billie handle, holder and two refill blades. After that, we’ll send you four refill blades in every on-going shipment (you tell us how often!) so you can continue shaving. Free shipping always. Adjust, skip cancel anytime – it’s your shave plan.

How many refill blades will I receive in each shipment?
You’ll receive two refill blades in your Razor Starter Kit and four refill blades in every on-going shipment. You tell us how often you want to receive shipments and we’ll take care of the rest. Free shipping always.
How do I replace the blade on my handle?
To get a fresh blade on your handle:
1. Push the Billie button forward to release the old blade.
2. Take the top piece of the pod off and leave the blade face down (still in the pod).
3. Push handle slowly and firmly into middle of blade until it clicks into place.
4. Remove the bottom of the pod. Done.
How often should I change my blade?
For a tip-top shave every time, we recommend replacing your blade every 7 shaves. (Don’t forget to store your razor on our magnetic holder in between shaves!)
What’s the difference between men’s and women’s razor blades?
Some people think men’s blades are sharper than women’s blades – we have two words for those people: Fake News. Men’s and women’s blades come out of the same machine – the steel blade is exactly the same. However, it’s true that men and women shave differently. We shave 10x the area, navigating more curves and angles – and we have to get the job done before the shower rinses off our shave cream. That’s why Billie razors are optimized in two ways for the way we shave: 1. Our blades are encased in a smooth charcoal shave soap, so it floats over your skin allowing you to shave a larger area with comfort. 2. Our blade has rounded edges providing comfort when you’re shaving tight areas.
Do your blades contain nickel?
Nope! Our blades are nickel-free.
How does the razor holder work?
We created a nifty holder that connects to your handle with magnetic force to keep your razor out of the shower puddle. To attach your holder: 1. Remove plastic from power putty. 2. Apply holder to clean, dry surface and press firmly into place. 3. Place handle onto holder (with blade facing wall). Magic! (If you need to move your holder, simply twist off the wall. Power putty can be reused when dry).
Can I buy a Razor Starter Kit without signing up for a plan?
Our Razor Starter Kits are only available with a Billie plan. We’re confident you’ll love your Billie razor and you’ll want to stick with us – but if for any reason you want to break up (sniff sniff), we don’t make it hard. You can change, delay, or cancel your shipments at any time.
Do you make any charitable contributions?
We donate 1% of all revenue to causes around the world. In light of recent news, we are currently donating to local food banks across America who are working to serve the immediate needs of people affected by the Coronavirus outbreak.
